All TURTLEGROOVE blanks are manufactured in Canada using 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Our local Canadian manufacturers take care of the entire process from knitting --> dyeing --> cutting & sewing the garments. These certifications are independently audited and publicly verifiable -- covering the full supply chain from organic farming to the raw fibre.

At TURTLEGROOVE, we embroider our products with 100% recycled polyester threads from ISACORD Recycled These threads are also GRS & OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they're safe for both adult and children's clothing.

At TURTLEGROOVE, for our packaging supplies we have partnered with NOYO.

All packages used for online orders are packaged in a D2W biodegradable material that breaks down naturally in ~2 years, giving us a plastic-free packaging that works for the environment and not against.

Once your unique design is ready, it comes to life at our dedicated production facilities located at our head office in Burlington, Canada This is the place where magic happens – from applying your chosen design to carefully preparing your order for its journey to you.

At this facilities, our teams use state-of-the-embroidery technology to ensure vibrant colors and lasting quality for every garment. We oversee the entire finishing process, from precise digitization, embroidery to meticulous packaging, guaranteeing that each TURTLEGROOVE item meets our high standards before it leaves our doors.
